CHICKEN AND WILD RICE winter SOUP

This chicken, mushroom & wild rice soup  is flavor packed and so easy. It can be made with leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken too. Instructions given for stove top, slow cooker and pressure cooker.

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Wild Rice Mushrooms Broth Onions Garlic Carrots  Celery Parley Cream Salt and Pepper

Brown Chicken Thighs. Next sauté onions, carrot, celery and musrhooms

Add wild rice, stock and aromatics. Simmer.

Season. Shred the chicken and add back to the pot with cream.

And serve! Makes a perfect weeknight dinner! Also save for Meal Prep.
