Creamy Salmon ONe PoT

This delicious pan seared salmon with spinach cream sauce is an easy family friendly dinner packed with veggies!


Salmon Fillets Butter Crushed Garlic Lemon Juice Vegetable Stock Heavy Cream Grated Parmesan Peas Baby Spinach Chopped Dill Lemon Wedges

Sear the salmon fillets in butter on both sides.  Set aside to keep warm.

Make the easy cream & garlic sauce in the same pan.

Stir in peas and fresh spinach until slightly wilted.

Return the salmon to the pan to warm through, garnish then serve!
