Roast brussels sprouts & Sweet Potatoes


– Brussel Sprouts  –Sweet Potatoes  – Extra-Virgin Olive Oil – Sea Salt and Black Pepper – Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Trim and peel brussles sprouts. Peel and cut sweet potatoes s into pieces.

Toss with oil and season well. Roast until turning golden brown.

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes (optional) and serve!
