Highly dippable, crunchy and perfectly seasoned, these Oven Baked Tahini & Lime Sweet Potato Fries are so quick and easy to make they’ll become a family favorite in no time.
Scrub the sweet potatoes. Use a sharp knife to cut off both round ends then slice and cut into fries. (You can go skinnier or chunkier depending on your preference.)
Toss the cut potato in the olive oil, salt and pepper. Add some paprika if desired.
Spread the coated fries out on a parchment lined baking tray. Make sure they have enough space so they roast and don’t steam - use 2 trays if necessary.
Bake until crispy - between 25 and 35 minutes.
Tahini Dressing
Put all the ingredients in a lidded jam jar. Add the lid and shake.
