31ozCanned Chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans - 1 can = 15.5oz, drained
1cloveGarlic - peeled
3tbspLemon Juice
2tbspHarissa Sauce - adjust to taste
¼cupTahini
¼cupOlive Oil
¼cupWater
1tspSea Salt
Optional to Serve

Instructions
Add the drained chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, harissa, tahini and salt into a food processor.
Blend until hummus is starting to come together (around 30 seconds.)
Add the olive oil and blend again.
Add the water and keep blending until the hummus becomes really smooth and creamy, at least another minute.
Taste to check for seasoning, flavour balance and consistency. Add more salt, lemon juice and/or harissa if needed. Add more water for a thinner hummus.
