8ozCurly Kale - One large bunch kale. Note: 1oz = 1 packed cup
2tbspButter
1tbspLemon Juice
Sea Salt
Instructions
Trim and discard the tough stalks from the kale.
Tear into bite sized pieces and then wash well in a strainer and drain. It's ok if it's still slightly wet as the kale needs a little water to wilt in the pan.
Heat the butter on a medium high-heat in a large heavy based frying pan or cast iron skillet.
Add the kale and a sprinkle of sea salt. Cook until wilted, stirring, for around 3 minutes so the kale remains a bright green color.
