Mushroom noodle soup

INGREDIENTS

Olive Oil Onion  Carrots  Celery   Cremini Mushrooms Garlic  Brandy  Vegetable Broth Thyme Egg Noodles Cream  Salt and Pepper

Sauté the diced onion, celery and carrots until soft.

Add the mushrooms and sauté until dark brown.

Add the broth and simmer. Next cook the noodles til al dente.

Stir in the cream to finish and serve!
