Instructions
Method 1: The "Ultra-Creamy" Blender Version
This method emulsifies the fats and proteins, creating a thick, stable foam that feels like a latte.
Pour your hot coffee into a high-speed blender.
Add the collagen, milk, and any optional sweetener, flavoring or power-ups.
Secure the lid and blend on high for around 15 seconds.
Pour into your favorite mug and watch the thick foam rise to the top.
Garnish with a shake of cocoa power if you wish.
Method 2: The "20-Second" Handheld Frother Version
The perfect everyday shortcut that uses a simple handheld whisk/wand.
Pour your hot coffee into a mug, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
Add the collagen peptides and any of the optional extras and stir briefly with a spoon.
Pour in your milk. Insert the handheld frother at a slight angle and turn it on. Froth for 20 seconds until a velvety micro-foam forms.
Remove the frother and garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Enjoy your instant protein latte.
