Instant pot chicken stew

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Thighs  Olive oil  Onion  Celery  Carrots  Garlic  AP Flour Potatoes  Chicken Stock Thyme Bay Leaves Sea Salt

First sauté the chicken thighs

Add the diced onion, celery, carrots, garlic and flour.

Add broth, potatoes & herbs. Cook on manual until tender.

Shred the chicken and serve!
